Beginner Yoga is BACK!
Join Amy Benham for this 4-week series where you will:
• learn essential yoga postures with proper alignment
• explore basic pranayama (breathwork) techniques to calm + center the mind
• build strength, flexibility + balance at your own pace
• cultivate body awareness + mindfulness
Each class will build upon the previous one, allowing time to deepen your understanding and gain confidence on your mat. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after a break, this series will meet you where you are.
all levels welcome — no experience necessary 🌙
