CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Revival Barre is an empowering, upbeat style of movement that blends ballet conditioning, pilates and yoga. Inspired by the Lotte Berk Method, this low-impact, full-body workout targets all of the major muscle groups by using a mix of body weight, light hand weights and various props. While the movements are small and controlled (pulses, anyone?), you will feel a deep burn as the muscles fatigue through high repetition, isometric holds and resistance. Each section of class is paired with a series of stretches while incorporating a mindfulness practice and an emphasis on breath-work throughout. You will leave feeling stronger, confident and ready for more!
All levels are welcome
REVIVAL BARRE
BARRE BASICS
Our Barre Basics class is the same empowering, upbeat style of movement as Revival Barre...we simply slow it down a bit, focusing on, you guessed it...the basics - so that you can become deeply rooted in our technique. You'll gain an understanding of our positions and terminology, while moving with intention (just like all of our practices).
All levels are welcome.
BARRE FLOW
Barre Flow blends elements from our signature Revival Barre sequence with a dynamic yoga flow. This hybrid class is a whole body workout that focuses on strength, surrender, endurance and flexibility while moving through a fluid, creative sequence.
All levels are welcome.
Revival Yoga, a vinyasa flow, rejuvenates the body and calms the mind by linking breath and movement. With an emphasis on proper alignment and conscious breathing, we will move with intention and fluidity through a creative sequence of postures, leaving you feeling grounded and inspired.
Our highly trained instructors focus heavily on proper form and body alignment, while offering ways to both deepen and modify your practice.
All levels welcome.
REVIVAL YOGA
Our HEATED Revival Yoga class is an empowering and invigorating flow designed to make you sweat, build endurance, and leave it all on the mat. In this dynamic practice you will be led through a creative sequence of postures, linking breath with movement, that will help you push past blockages and leave you feeling inspired and revived from the inside out. The room will be set to 85-90 degrees and the heat will be turned down at the end of class to allow your body to cool down during our final rest. As always, Our highly trained instructors focus heavily on proper form and body alignment, while offering ways to both deepen and modify your practice.
All levels welcome.
HEATED REVIVAL YOGA
Slow Flow Yoga is perfect for those who are new to yoga or prefer a slower paced practice. Similar to our Revival Yoga vinyasa style class, we will link breath and movement and flow with intention as we introduce fundamental poses, sequences, terminology, and concepts.
All levels are welcome.
SLOW FLOW YOGA
FIRE + FLOW
Build an inner fire and find your flow in this amplified practice that progresses from a vinyasa sequence designed to get you out of our head and into your body, then warm things up by adding strength to the vinyasa by loading bodyweight (or optional hand weights), explore quick, low impact cardio (dance party always optional) and uncover your strength through fiery repetition. After (re)discovering your breath, taking up intentional space, and linking movement to music, we'll cool down with deep stretches and end our practice in meditative rest. You'll sweat, stretch, and hopefully have fun along the way! This modality amplifies a familiar vinyasa yoga practice by drawing upon barre, pilates, and strength training.
Our Mat Pilates class honors the principles of classical Pilates while incorporating a fresh, contemporary approach. Expect precise, core-focused movement grounded in Joseph Pilates’ original method -- enhanced with modern variations, fluid transitions and functional mobility work.

YIN YOGA
While “Yang” yoga focuses on building heat and muscle, Yin yoga (more challenging than Restorative) benefits your deep connective tissues, fascia, joints, and bones. We will hold poses for 1-5 minutes each, giving you space to turn inward as we practice meditative breathing and emotional intelligence techniques. This includes intention setting, letting go, and present mindfulness!
All levels, with plenty of props.
restorative yoga
Slow down, unwind and melt into deep relaxation. This gentle restorative class is designed to soothe the nervous system, release tension and support your body’s natural healing process. Using props for full-body support, you'll settle into long-held, restful poses in a warm, softly lit space — perfect for calming both body + mind.
Expect cozy blankets, calming breathwork and a quiet, nurturing atmosphere that invites deep rest.
Ideal for all levels, especially those seeking stress relief, recovery or a moment of stillness.
Come as you are — no yoga experience needed. Just bring yourself, your breath and maybe your favorite pair of cozy socks.
