Join Larkin on Sunday, April 13th from 2 - 4pm for an exploration of self-facilitated relaxation and recovery.

The MELT Method (Myofascial Energetic Length Technique) is a Self Myofascial Release (SMR) technique which uses proprietary soft foam rollers and massage balls to facilitate “hands off” body work for pain relief, relaxation, and stress relief.

Practitioners will learn the basics of MELT, explore incorporating SMR into their self-care routines, and leave feeling empowered to explore pain relief on their own terms.

Investment: $85 per person, which includes foam roller, balls, and instructional packet - all yours to keep!
