Are you curious about yoga but not sure where to start? Join us for this welcoming and accessible 6-week beginner series designed to introduce you to the foundations of a yoga practice in a supportive, judgment-free space.
In this series, you will:
🧘🏻♀️ Learn essential yoga postures with proper alignment
✨ Explore basic pranayama (breathwork) techniques to calm and center the mind
💫 Build strength, flexibility and balance at your own pace
🧠 Cultivate body awareness and mindfulness
Each class will build upon the previous one, allowing time to deepen your understanding and gain confidence on your mat. Whether you're brand new to yoga or returning after a break, this series will meet you where you are.
